Senior Executive - Business Development

Qualification

MBA preferred with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing Operations (Content / Campaign Management / Optimization- especially Google Ads)
Experience with the main focus on client servicing having a proper knowledge of Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media management with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video)

Job Description

Responsible for Client management, ad creation, modification on Google Ads Platforms. responsible for managing advertising campaigns based on inputs received from various stakeholders.
Great customer service skills and associates should be able to manage multiple clients.
Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with stakeholders to address issues in a timely manner.
Understanding client requirements and accurately implementing them with stringent quality parameters.
Reporting and maintaining Finance and Business on day to day basis.
Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within the Service Level Agreement.
Working under sales and financial targets/ monthly and annual
Creative thinking on promotional aspects and bundling with various products and services
Actively communicating with the strategic partners and internal management teams on planning and execution on the strategy
Handling Business volume based on Targets, Fixed salary + Incentive Based job

Requirement/ Skills:

Ability to work independently
Develop excellent relationship with clients
Ability to work with multiple customers, cross functional internal teams and senior management to close the deal
Should have experience in handling teams
Candidate should have strong presentation and communication skills
Two- wheeler is compulsory
Above average excel skills (vlookups, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables)
