Mr. Deepak Shrestha has been involved in Ramesh Corp. for the last 10 years and has been an integral part of Ramesh Corp. What is your daily routine like?

Before leaving for the workplace, I like to get up early and go for a walk for around 30 minutes. I'm overjoyed to manage my office job routine. I spent some time with my family after returning home, which normally involves us all watching television together.

What do you do to rejuvenate and refresh yourself?

To recharge myself I work out in the morning which gives me some personal time with myself. Along with that, I am very fond of listening to music. Dancing with friends and family members is also one of the things that help me refresh myself.

How long have you been working for Ramesh Corp.?

I have been working in Ramesh Corp for the last 10 years. My experience with Ramesh Corp in the last decade has been very formative regarding my both personal and professional life.

As a GM for TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd., how are you balancing your professional and personal life?

Being a GM comes with a lot of responsibility and work but it is also rewarding. When it comes to balancing your personal and professional life, I think you have to have time management skills and learn how to compartmentalize your personal and professional life along with being honest.

What motivates you to keep doing the work you do?

When it comes to responsibilities, work life may be intimidating. To keep doing the work, you need motivation in your life in some form. I enjoy doing my work at Ramesh Corp. so my enthusiasm toward my work is what keeps me motivated. Most significantly, my father is one of my greatest inspirations, as well as a powerful motivator who keeps me going in all I do.

What are your hobbies or interests outside work?

Apart from my work duties here at Ramesh Corp., I enjoy watching movies and exploring the mountains and Himalayan Ranges of our beautiful country.

What growth can people expect in their careers at Ramesh Corp.?

Ramesh Corp. is one of the greatest corporations in Nepal at the current period. People can start their careers as management trainees and work their way up in the organization if they have the power, knowledge, and guts to lead.
