Smt. Manju Gupta is a role model for community involvement and charity. She is the Founder of Ramesh Gupta Memorial Trust, the Group's premier CSR organization dedicated to the care of impoverished children with cancer.

Smt. Manju Gupta is in charge of the Group's social and welfare activities throughout its enterprises, as well as her personal involvement with various NGOs in Nepal.

Mrs. Gupta was the President of the Lioness Club of Midtown Umang, where she oversaw a number of fundraising and social outreach projects, including blood donation camps, school scholarships, and village health and eye exam camps.

Mrs. Gupta was born and reared in Kolkata, where she studied Arts and graduated from the Shikshayatan. Her sons Sushil and Rohit Gupta, their spouses Akansha and Sakshi Gupta, and grandkids Riyana, Yashvi, Avyukt, Vihaan, and Shivraj reside with her in Kathmandu. Poonam is married to Mr. Aman Gupta, an industrialist, and they have a daughter, Inaira, and a son, Ishaan.
