5th Founder’s Day (2082)

“Our People, Our Strength”

The 5th Founder’s Day was a celebration of our people and the remarkable journey that has shaped Ramesh Corp. Employees received specially crafted mementos, symbolizing our shared values and collective achievements. As we celebrated 5 impactful years of growth and innovation, we honoured the vision of Late Shri Ramesh Gupta and the dedication of over 3000 employees who continue to drive our mission Forward Together. This milestone reflected our unity, commitment to excellence, and the strong foundation on which we continue to build our future.

4th Founder’s Day (2081)

“Growth and Unity”

The 4th Founder s Day was celebrated through a tree plantation event at Jagdol with Putali Dada Community Forestry, reflecting our founder s belief in responsibility, sustainability, and long term impact. Team members planted trees together, symbolizing the growth of both the organization and the environment. This day also recognized the efforts of our people and reinforced the core values that guide us. The event served as a reminder that sustainability and community engagement are not occasional activities they are part of who we are as an organization.

3rd Founder’s Day (2080)

“Giving Back to Society”

The 3rd Founder’s Day was marked with a meaningful CSR event at Balmandir Orphanage, Naxal. Team members spent time with the children, organized fun-filled activities, and donated essential items, including food and stationery. The event embodied our founder’s belief in kindness, sharing, and caring for the community. Leaders expressed their gratitude and reaffirmed our ongoing commitment to social responsibility. The day served as a reminder that even small acts of kindness can create a lasting impact

2nd Founder’s Day (2079)

“Celebrating Togetherness”

Founder s Day 2022 brought together employees from across the country for a day filled with team building activities, performances, and celebrations. The event strengthened unity among the Ramesh Corp. family and highlighted the importance of collaboration and shared values. The day concluded with a formal celebration honouring outstanding employees and recognizing the dedication that drives the organization forward.

1st Founder’s Day (2078)

“Launch of Ramesh Corp.’s Unified Identity”

The first Founder’s Day marked the beginning of a new chapter the official launch of Ramesh Corp. as a unified conglomerate. Employees and stakeholders gathered for interactive sessions and celebrations that highlighted the foundation, purpose, and values laid down by the Late Shri Ramesh Gupta. Leaders shared the vision of creating a family-like organization built on trust, unity, and growth.
