Human Resources Management:

i. Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the factory. This involves creating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.

ii. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, promoting effective communication, and ensuring a harmonious work environment.

iii. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

iv. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and organize workshops or seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitate career development opportunities and succession planning within the organization.

v. Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Manage payroll, oversee employee benefits packages, and conduct salary reviews.

vi. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with labor laws, company values, and industry best practices. Maintain employee handbooks, ensure compliance with regulations, and stay updated on employment laws and regulations.

Administrative Functions:

i. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of the factory's facilities, including the workspace, equipment, and infrastructure. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

ii. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, develop and implement safety protocols, and promote a safe working environment for employees. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

iii. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, attendance, and leave records. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and handle confidential information appropriately.

iv. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments within the factory, such as managing correspondence, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.

v. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to HR and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as labor laws, employment contracts, and workplace safety regulations.

vi. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote a positive work culture. Organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
